lets walking …

I like to walking … of course for healthy reason. The specialists said that … walking more than 10.000 step a day can reduce the risk of osteophorosis. Me ??? I think my step cant be reach 10.000 step a day inorder that my job make me to sit in front of computer effective arround 6 hours each day. Others ???? Going to toilet, musholla and through transjkt bridge are became my walking sport … heheheheheh …. .
    

 

Sometimes i deliberate walking from one point to others when i mood to walking … actually because i like to bengong !!! Its quite fun, thinking and imgine many things while walking … xixixiixii 😛 . And there are few stories arround this walks. When i walking in the middle of hard rain …. there is motorcyclist, a man … deliberate stopping just offering some ride to me. Umghhh … if i remember, quite often people offering some ride when i walking, Of course i said no, thank you … xixixixii. There is a stories also that people asked direction to somewhere. And many more were unuseful people tried to bothering me …. ahihihihihhi.
    

The critical things is … when am so tired to walking … i made question to my self …. in what part this step can be reduce osteophorosis ?????????????????? *ngegngoogg**
