Strength Management ,,, . So ,,, because ,, couple months ago ,,, i just getting weak ,,, and i dont have more strength to do more activities ,,, so ,,, i think i hv to adjust my self to this situation ,,, right ,, ??? .

Alhamdulillah sangat ,,, i can do official activities ,,, with out major issues till now ,,, . Alhamdulillah ,,, . So ,, next ,,, it cant be merge washing mbem and mbit in one day ,,, . Even ,,, i think i cant washing mbem anymore till everything getting better ,,, ahhahahhahha ,,, . So far that i can do my self for mbem is ,,, sedot debu tiap minggu ,, ahhahahahahhaha ,,, . Itu ajah dah bikin tepar ,,, langsung tekapar setelahnya ,,, .

jadi inged ,,, baru setengah nyuci mbem ,,, udah kunang2 ,,, setelahnya ??? . Butuh tidur 4-5 jam untuk memulihkan tenaga gw ,,, . wakkakakkakakka ,,, . Nyedot debu mbem ?? butuh waktu tidur 1-2 jam setelah nya untuk recovery ,,, . Nyedot debu ma bersih2 di dalamnya ,, lap lap ,,, biar mbem tetep bersih ,,, xiixixixiix ,,, .

Mungkiinn ,,, kalo gw lagi bosen obo di rumah ,,, dan pengen obo di ugd ,,, bisa ajah seh nyuci mbit ,, terush nyuci mbem ,,, terush ke ugd deehh ,, wkkwkwkwk ,,, . Apezh ,,,

The point is ,,, dont do big physically activity in one day ,,, . deal ??? yezh ,,, !!
